Gourmet Pizza Class!
Our Chapter is sponsoring an online cooking class with the Kitchen Studio (https://www.facebook.com/thekitchenstudio) and Chef Christine Van Bloem will be leading the class.
In this class, we'll start by making pizza dough together, then while that rises we'll make some absolutely delicious pizza sauce and prep some ingredients for the top of our pizzas. We've given you a pretty extensive list with lots of potential ingredients (check out the separate list included with your recipes), but you definitely do not need everything that would be considered a pizza topping. Pick a few of your favorites and skip the rest, though you'll want to have everything on hand for both the dough and sauce recipes (and you may want to double the dough, depending on how many people you're feeding). If you'd prefer, you can also purchase dough ahead of time and use that... it's your call!
Class will start promptly at 5 p.m. with the Zoom "doors" opening at 4:50 p.m.
The class will be on Friday, August 20th from 5-6:30 p.m.
The class will be held via Zoom. Once your ticket is purchased, you will receive an email where you can view the recipes, grocery list and the Zoom link.
The class is $10 for AIGA members and $15 for non-members.
